AH28  The Blue Lagoon from Keflavík Airport All year round

Highlights:
  • The Blue Lagoon

Transfer Description:

The tour starts with a pick-up at Keflavik International Airport. From there we drive through the harsh, rugged landscape and head for the Blue Lagoon.

The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa situated in the youngest lava field in west Iceland. Once there you have many recreational options such as walking in the Blue Lagoon’s spectacular surroundings, bathing in the milky blue-green water. For a unique experience indulge yourself with an outdoor massage or one of the spa treatments available there. We recommend booking this in advance by calling +354 420 8800.

On site there is also a fantastic restaurant with á la carte menu and a Blue Lagoon shop, selling skin care products based on a unique blend of Blue Lagoon geothermal seawater, as well as selected Icelandic designer gifts, artwork, and clothing.

Enjoy all the qualities the Blue Lagoon has to offer! Transfer to your hotel in Reykjavik according to program schedule.

Transfers from the airport to the Blue Lagoon are available at 16:30 and 17:30 (driving time about 20 minutes).

Please rest assured that our staff will take care of your luggage while you enjoy your tour. Just keep the stuff you need for the visit to the Blue Lagoon with you in a seperate bag.
Transfers from the Blue Lagoon to Reykjavík are available at 17:15, 19:00 and 21:00 (driving time about 50 minutes). Please tell the bus driver on the way to the Blue Lagoon which departure you plan to take after your visit to the Blue Lagoon.

Excellent experience - the drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. I was met at the airport by the driver with a sign with my surname (unexpected bonus). Short transfer from airport to the Blue Lagoon, agreed the departure time with the driver. Then after luxuriating in the warm water for a few hours, the bus was ready at the appointed time to take me to my accommodation in Reykjavik.

Our driver was terrific. I wish I knew her name so she could be recognized. We anticipated having to find the bus as we came out of the airport but to our surprise, our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it just as we came out of baggage claim. --- Iceland Excursions: --- Thank you for your comments and review. The driver that day was Lena and so happy to hear you were pleased with the reception. This is actually how we receive our passengers booking AH28 The Blue Lagoon from Keflavik Airport
